Several guys were waiting at the front door, just waiting to help customers. I was lucky enough to get Caden to help me. I am 70+ so I had lots of questions about a new printer. Caden was not only patient and respectful, but also knowledgeable about all the brands of available printers. We found just the right printer to meet all our needs because Caden LISTENED to me.
