And reminded me that should I crack my screen protector, the monthly fee I pay for replaces it for free should I need to. Came into the store again on a different day because I cracked my screen protector and didn't want it to worsen. But the woman that was working the front this time said they offered no such thing and kept turning me away. I'm not the confrontational type, and I wasn't going to have any of her attitude, so I left.
