Not just because of the door lock, but also because the employees are there to help you, not interrupt them from their web activity. Well good to the Verizon store in Lumberton TX, and check it out. I was greeted by the 2 women working there, well not necessarily greeted appropriately, but eyed down upon, as if a customer should not come in there ti ask a question that Verizon Wireless told me to go by the Verizon Store and someone would help me to get glitch off of phone and help me set up My Verizon App. Well here's how the young lady with black hair and right hand tattoos, attempted to. I walked in and said hey, I keep getting these notifications on my phone, and was wondering if she could help me with it, lady grabbed phone from me and said Virus, I said I don't know, she said I needed to close all recent unused apps, she did and handed me phone back, I said what about my Verizon App setup, she said that's what customer contact was for, and said here! They obviously hired from the bottom of the resume pile that could possibly pass a drug test when hiring this particular lady!
