- MHMarsha HandonFeb 12, 20264.0They are a good company with local access, affordability, in spite of using AT&T towers. Their online customer service, however, is a different story. After having app long in issues, the CSR told me I had two upgrades coming. Then she proceeded to give me an unsolicited, long-winded definition of a discount, while going completely silent on the other one. Yet, she claimed she did. She then asked me if I tried the website. I told her it wasn't worth it. I'll browse the products later. Weird.

Cricket, you don't deserve her, not one bit! This girl should be managing this store and should be getting paid better. Idk their pay but I bet my salary it isn't what she deserves. Also, the guy named Will, yeah, he is good also, so don't be surprised if someone snatches these 2 employees up for a better paying job because I would if I had the job to give them.
