  I visited the store at 7:04 PM, and the sign indicated that closing time was 8 PM. Upon entering, I informed the associate that I needed to replace a phone, as my husband’s device was cracked. The female associate let me know that it was too late to complete a phone replacement. While I understand she was preparing to close for the day, I was surprised that this service was unavailable well before the posted closing time. We’ve visited this location before and have always had positive experiences with other employees. If there are certain services that must be stopped before closing, it would be helpful for customers if that information were clearly posted. I hope management can review this policy to ensure consistency in customer service.

  My husband and I went in the Luling cricket store and the customer service we received from Amber A. was amazing . She was very patient and helped me through some hic-cups I had pouring my number over. She handled it promptly and we were very pleased. Thank you!!

  I haven’t been in this store for a while due to the fact that the other girl would always give me attitude, as I was passing. By I saw there was a different person and decided to go pay my bill there instead of going to Lockhart! As soon as I opened the door , I was greeted with ,”hello, Welcome to cricket and a beautiful smile!” and kindly was helped , by Roxanne , whom I’ve never seen b4! She told me she was the new manager, so I told her ima keep coming back as long as your. Here, cause before I wouldn’t even get greeted! & they always gave me attitude and very disrespecful Towards all customers!! But since Roxanne is the new manager ima keep coming back to this location with no hesitation!! anyone that has been here before knows what I’m talking about but I encourage everyone to come and I would so recommend this store now! New face! Great atmosphere!

  I just want to let everyone know that when I went into this Cricket Store in luling I was helped by Roxanne , she was very friendly and respectful !! She explained the differences between Phones, she helped us transfer all our numbers and pictures from one phone to the other!! We are sure coming back to her!! I haven’t felt so welcomed or respected , like I did now when Roxanne made us feel like family!

  Hello everyone , I just want to make an announcement and let everyone know that when I went into this Cricket Store in luling I was helped by Roxanne , she was very friendly and helpful!! She made the sale and transaction very smooth!! And to top it off she helped us transfer all our info from one phone to the other!! We are sure coming back to her!! 100% Customer satisfaction
