Upon entering, I informed the associate that I needed to replace a phone, as my husband’s device was cracked. The female associate let me know that it was too late to complete a phone replacement. While I understand she was preparing to close for the day, I was surprised that this service was unavailable well before the posted closing time. We’ve visited this location before and have always had positive experiences with other employees. If there are certain services that must be stopped before closing, it would be helpful for customers if that information were clearly posted. I hope management can review this policy to ensure consistency in customer service.
