  I do not recommend this store location for the following reasons. First off the first trip that me and my husband made to the store we waited in line with third person in line and waited for approximately 30 to 45 minutes before we received any help and no acknowledgment of our existence when we walked in the door. We finally get to the counter the lady that claims to be a manager acted like she wished that we were not even there well we proceeded with getting phone service for my daughter's phone and then I noticed a accessory watch. I like the watch so I decided to get it. Well less than 24 hours later it was glitching out and turning off by itself and not working correctly I went back to the store with the watch and my receipt from the day before. It was at this point that I'm told by the same so-called manager that they cannot refund my money on a watch with the receipt that I had bought less than 24 hours before. Her claim was that she did not know how to return my watch. And then at my request I asked for the owner's name and phone number at which her response was to refuse to give me any information. I then requested for her to call from her phone and text from her phone the owner to address the issue. She claimed to have done that but I have no actual proof of it because of the way she was acting shady. After a hour wait she claimed that the owner did not respond to her and that her as a manager did not know how to refund my money or even exchange the watch for me. I finally gave up gave her my name and my phone number and asked her to call me when the owner told her how to handle the situation properly. Well one week goes by I have not heard anything so I'll return back to the store and still nothing she claims she still does not know how to return or exchange my watch. It is straight up bad business very poor customer service and a not give a damn attitude at this location. I then call the warranty center and corporate office and still have gotten nowhere only got directed back to the same rude not give a damn behavior and they act like everything is a huge secret. So now after being took for $100 for a watch that will not even work right and glitches out I guess I'm just stuck. Under no circumstance would I recommend this store to anybody all they did was waste my time then took my money and give me a piece of crap product.

  Bad customer service went in to port in my number and the staff were very unhelpful.
