    This has to be the absolute WORST location. After them completely messing up my account I had to spend HOURS on the phone with Verizon to get things corrected. Only for them to tell me I have possession of a phone I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED!!! The lady told my husband “I don’t know what to do.” Plus she had no help. My account is still not correct and will have to wait another day just to see if by some miracle we can finally get our phone.

    If I could give zero stars, most definitely would. Second time coming to this location to try to get help and had to walk. New to this city and state. I would most definitely understand if they were busy but the gentleman was doing other things. Mind you, No other customers were inside. Poor customer service. Been a Verizon customer over 17 years and never have been completely unsatisfied.
