He was able to get me a new phone with some really good deals. The process was quick and easy. He was even able to help me with restoring most of my data. Overall, the whole experience was really good.

I submitted the final bill from tmobile to them multiple times called them multiple times but never received the gift card I was supposed to pay the bill with. It went to collections and i had to pay it myself. Ridiculous service. all they do is sit down all day and talk to each other instead of helping customers. Bobby and eric were the ones "helping" they even gave me a phone number i could text and reach out to which i did. but they eventually stopped responding. I am now in the process of switching back to tmobile since i have been ripped off and lied to here.
