- NNNequiaJan 24, 20261.0Absolutely Not, went in and got one phone and home internet which took over an hour to get set up. I thought it was weird how he kept scanning so many phones i thought maybe something was wrong with it. Went in to pay my bill and was told I have 4 lines which took over an hour for them to correct. Paid my bill, asked for a recipt and was told they couldnt provide a recipt 3 days later my phone is turned off. They put my email address wrong so i cant check my bill online and told me i had to call customer service to fix it. Not worth having to stop everything to continue fixing the issues & all the time you have to spend doing so.

The first place I went to was trying to false advertise free activation but then luckily I checked with the other place first and I found out they were trying to sneak it in as an activation fee. Anyway. If you were going to pay an activation fee, go with a place like this that isn't going to try to trick you about it first.
