- ALAmy LynamJan 30, 20241.0I went into this store this morning to see about replacing a faulty phone that I purchased on 1/20/24. The sales rep was EXTREMELY rude to me and would not offer any help. The phone I purchased was the Cricket Magic 5G and it was working just fine last night. It was at 38% when I went to bed and in the morning, I figured it was dead so I went to plug it in and nothing! I even switched up the cord, box and wall outlet to see if those were faulty and nothing. The sales rep at the store plugged it in as well and saw it wasn't working but acted as though I broke my own phone! So after work today, I initiated a chat with Cricket wireless and they gave me the information to contact the warranty department and said I should be able to get a replacement with no problem so why didn't the sales rep on Slide Road even mention this to me??? In fact, she even told me that the warranty at Cricket was so vague that they wouldn't be able to help me either. Save your money and go somewhere else or at least avoid this store!!
