  Was told head unit wasn't compatible with vehicle and wanted to upcharge me 300 more than was already purchased. Sales said they had everything needed for the install. Horrible experience waiting 2 hours for install just to put everything back.

  This is one of the nicest Best Buy locations that I have been to. The team here is very attentive and I had several employees checking if I need any assistance. Overall, stopping by was a great experience!

  Ordered a oven was sent email that items was ready. I live 3 hours outside of town and when arrived I was told that it can't be released because systems are down. I own a business that sells thousands of dollars in merchandise and if our systems are down we can release manually, you know old school?? So now I have wasted my time and money driving a huge vehicle back and forth and the employee just didn't care SO RUDE. I already dislike shopping here but this has sealed the deal. I won't be back.

  Lazy, young, uneducated, inexperienced employees that dont seem to care enough about themselves, as well as less than spectacular customer service.i am a disabled veteran and had to load my own tv 65 incher, Had to call and wait for two hours for someone i know to get off work and drive clear across Lubbock TX from Idalou to help me.

  Charged $112 for “diagnosis” and was told I would need to foot another $40 for the minor part plus another $112 for installation. When I showed my screenshots of what I was told about my 103.99 plus tax ($112) would cover. All I was told was “I’m sorry they gave you the wrong information.” As big of a company Best Buy is they aren’t able to honor their mess up? Huge LET DOWN.
