Had planned to buy a Nintendo switch and ps5 today until a certain best buy employee that was dressed like a customer checking out items himself kept swarming around my family over and over and over again like a shark trying to get it's prey. Not everyone is a thief best buy.

There was a time when I liked Best Buy. Now they have employees who are trained to sell. Even if you ask valid questions about their products, they will lie for the sale. I first noticed this with a Samsung Refrigerator that has been a complete lemon. 3 years later and we already need a new one. Whats the point of buying new if it only lasts 3 years. Whats worse is the companies know they are selling garbage and only offer a 1 year warranty. I specifically asked the salesman about an ice maker problem. He was ready to counter with a lie. And obviously didnt mention the limited one year warranty. Flash forward and I helped my niece by a computer. It took 3 tries to get one that worked out of the box. Meanwhile the salesmen insist that the problems have been addressed. They know nothing about the product. The information they have is meant to deceive for the sale....

I love my best buys. But this location surprised me. The team was above and beyond friendly, but not pushy. And it was amazing to see the overstock of gift items ready for you and your family christmas! They had exactly what I needed and I was in and out of there in no time!

I went to best buy today and I encountered a very friendly employee. He was also very knowledgeable about tvs. His name was Kevin. Also what really made him stand out was how nice he was to my kiddo. She colored him a picture and he took it and thanked her and made her feel appreciated. So I would like to say thank you and that best buy has a very valuable employee on their hands.
