The geek squad personnel are too busy waisting time talking instead of actually helping customers. I waited for 30 minutes while a tech gabbed about computers and possible employment opportunities for the customer before finally having them sign paperwork to have a computer worked on. My 200.00 annual membership is currently waisted money

I bought an open box desktop computer. I had it shipped because I live two hours away. When we hooked it up, it has someone else's information on it. Even with an open box purchase, it should have been wiped and ready to go, right? After almost two hours on the phone, apparently my only recourse is to physically take it back to the store and wait until they do what should have been done before I bought it. If I had known, I certainly would not have made another purchase . You need to do better Best Buy.

I have bought thousands of dollars of products from this store. Ordered a new processor 745$ and never recieved it. best buys answer was to contact local law enforcement. NO HELP,NO REPLACEMENT,NO REFUND ,NOTHING.. I have photos to prove no delivery but best buy wont even let me submit..

Went in to see what was wrong with my pc they figured out what was wrong with it, but said they couldn't help me anymore because of a bug in my power supply. Since I don’t have the skills to remove my power supply I’m essentially stranded with a broken pc and absolutely no help. You would think spending 180 on a membership would mean i would actually get me some help but now i have a broken computer and I’m down 180. I would have to say that it is the single worst plan I’ve ever been on and have no plans to continue it further such a small fix for a big corporation is very difficult for the average person and it shows they lack the care to help. However I will say the 2 gentlemen I met with were very respectful and enjoyable to talk to. No plans to come back thank you for the scam

I purchased two new phones at this location and paid them to handle the phone transfer and set up. After two hours in the store they had accomplished nothing but completely messing everything up. I walked out of the store with zero phones that actually worked and am still trying to get the issue resolved two days later. The employees were completely incompetent and had no understanding of what customer service even meant. I will never do business with them again.
