  I got hacked 3/36/26. The Geek Squad scrubbed my computer. Darius & Nathan provided me excellent customer support during this very stressful time. They went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed to move forward from this ongoing nightmare. I recommend the Geek Squad. Microsoft will never call anyone for any reason, wish I had known earlier.

  Noah took all the time needed to answer questions, show items, and educate me on a new computer specified to my needs. He even stayed after closing hours to complete my purchase. Shout out to great interaction and service!

  Best Buy in Lubbbock was beyond amazing. Sebastian asked what I needed in a washer and dryer, and helped with it. No high pressure tactics, just excellent service. I can't say enough about how easy they made everything. I went to another store for a washer and dryer and everything was beyond bad. Best Buy had better prices. I will go to Best Buy for all my needs. Sebastian is the best!

  The salesperson was very helpful. He told me exactly where the items were that I needed. Another salesperson checked on me as I was looking at the options. Very friendly staff. I haven't been in a Best Buy in a long time, and I had a very pleasant experience. Willing to go back soon.

  I came in for a online pick-up and a staff member was rude from the start. I came inside with ID and proper proof of purchase and email. I showed all requirement field of proof that that is me. She tells me next time you come in make sure you have the right name on the app and ID match. Then she says she'll let it slide for now, but when she sees the price for the item. Ooh now she says "I just looked at the price of the item" I need to make sure again my email, phone number in a rude way. Even though I signed in on the app show proof about the item barcode scan so they can book me in for picked-up. The app is to purchase an item with the name and barcode scan from the app that is given to the employee with the proof they purchased it. I told her the name on the account. She could've just told me what's the last name on the account which is my actual last name for verification. It's a simple thing that could've been prevented. Then kindly she could at least say "I would recommend a name change on your account or I could change it for you". I'm only giving 2 stars because I purchased another item that I purchased in-store from a different employee that was nicer than the employee at the front store desk pick up line. That day ruined my day and not satisfied. Employees got to remember that every customer satisfaction starts when they walk through the doors. This isn't relevant but I work 8-15 hours a day during the week(over-night, graveyard-shift) and I don't act that way to customers on a fast-food industry level that's open 24 hours a day with higher demand in controlled emotions.
