An employee named Nasya reached out to my husband at 9pm offering her personal cell phone number for any possible "emergencies" that would be after hours. In all my years with Verizon, and we have purchased numerous devices, ive absolutely never had an employee reach out to that extent, really at all actually. We just go back if something isnt correct. I asked if it was normal practice, she stated she was just a "highly involved" employee. Personally, I think thats just weird to give your personal cell phone number out very late at night, not professional.
