The guy “helping” me erased my entire phone without saying a word and when I asked what I could do to recover my password and iCloud he told me that I was on my own and that he would not help me. I took my phone to the other verizon (301 w loop 281 Longview tx) and they resolved my issue in under an hour. I hate that I had this poor experience with the corporate store…once the transaction was done he had absolutely nothing to do with me. Thank you to the other Verizon who I will now be doing business with!
