    Every time I’ve been to this place they are RUDE. They do not care about customer service at all. I’d rather go to the other one.

    I'm not a happy customer. I called 611 for help. I did everything the person told me to do. It the end they said to pay almost $250.00 to get a better signal. I got pissed off answer hung up the call. Verizon signal was gone very bad at Caddo Lake.😠

    I’d give Richard ( manager) a zero star if I could. Unbelievably unprofessional. If you have billing issues he will gladly put you on the phone, which is the very thing I was trying to avoid.

    Me and my wife have had IPhone 12s since our sophomore year of high school and we are 24 and 25 now!! so we finally decided this past weekend to upgrade and decided to go with Verizon due to service in our location. We entered and were warmly greeted by Ms. Alex Gilliam, we said we wanted to upgrade and we’re only going to go with an iPhone 15 but she mentioned a promotion on the newest model where it would actually be cheaper for us to go with a 17 pro and also mentioned a promotion where if you buy a 17 pro you get a watch series 11 free!! So we sat down and talked out our options, what we wanted and she gathered everything up. We had a few hiccups with customer service which was totally not Ms. Alex’s fault. But after everything was settled we walked out with new phones. We were very impressed by her professionalism, attitude, and relatability! In the future we will definitely use her for our tech needs!
