Horrible service. First the lady can’t stop sniffing and wipe her nose on her hand that she touch everything with.
Second she stated the phone would be $20 and then try to charge me $50 and when I ask she says she doesn’t know why. When I questioned it and told her could she call to find out she said there no one to call and I can leave and wouldn’t give me a manager number. So you all lost a customer I went to AT&T to get another phone

They don't have a phone inside the store for you to reach them. Don't bother calling the number.

Terrible SERVICE The white lady who helped me is in charge of the area, imagine and she doesn't know how to install a chip, you're lost. It took her forever to tell me the problem was my phone which was a lie, I went to another branch and they fixed it in a minute. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Minus -5 stars
