refused to price match amazon in store, drove home and ordered online to price match, tried to call into store but only call centers answer so i drove back to the store to pickup but they sold the inventory they had during the 30min it took me to order online the day prior (or lying). Now I have to wait a week and drive all the way back to the store for $2000 in products that magically disappeared from inventory in under 30min. Buy anywhere else but best buy. 20 year Best Buy customer, never again.

Nothing in stock, it gives bodega vibes. New items aren't new. They also advertise stuff not available there. Associates everywhere except where the customers are. Has such a weird line to get to the Geek area. It is roped off to different lanes but only one person is ever there. You absolutely cannot call the actual store, even if you get a call from them and dial the same number. Some AI comes in and doesn't even know what Geek squad is. Lol. Then to call the store, which connects you all over the place, you have to give all your info to some rando who says they cannot connect you unless you give them your full name, email and phone number. This is all before you even get to return the call to find out why they called you.

Not much stock in the store, and good luck on getting an associate to help. They were not very busy, but the associates just stood around in groups and talked or on their phones. Do better Bestbuy!!!
