  Me cobraron $15 por cambiar mi número ya que tenía spams, pero se equivocaron cambiaron el de mi esposo🥴regreso y les digo … checaron y aceptó Maribel dijo si me equivoqué y me querían cobrar otros $15 si fue su error 🤬 perdi 1 hora ahí y se burlaron las trabajadoras Mary y Maribel , pedí hablar con el mánager y dijo que no se hacían responsables…..no se vale

  Very bad service they charge you for helping you, plus they never open on time, people will be waiting outside and no one opens.

  5 Stars for Ryan and Atales! They teamed up together and tackled a problem that the store in Luling, and the 611 customer service wouldn't fix. So, 5 Stars for Lockhart, 1 star for Luling, 1 star for El Salvador or wherever.

  Cricket is good cell service for the most part. But depending where u go and what u need. U may get help u need or not. Like I ordered a rszr phone since they didn't have color I wanted. Had problems with phone that was ordered at store in lockhart TX. Went to return at store in the return window. They wouldn't let me return there due to online order. Said I had to go through customer service. Customer service said u have to go through store. So was unable to return phone. Plus can't sale to someone cause they lock there phones for 6 months. So stuck with it for at least that long. If another prepaid phone company worked where I live. I would switch companies. But nothing else works where I live. Hope this helps someone so your not done the way I was. Also from now on I'll never order a phone if not in there inventory then I'm not getting. That way if I problem with phone they can't refuse to return cause it's part of there inventory. Also the store i was at a week ago in luling. The lady there was covering that store. She was nice but told me normally there is a charge to switch esim from one phone to another. I was like what I've never been charged ever. Plus she couldn't get my stuff moved from one phone to another. When other stores never have had a problem. Then when I wanted it switched back to phone that had all my stuff on it. She was like well it may charge now. It didn't but still. Honestly I've never had great service with cricket. Everytime I need something things don't go well. Its cheap cell service is the only reason I'm still a customer. Hope this helps.
