- SSSherryNov 30, 20235.0Friendly people who work there. The store is a good store but the actual cricket company isn't all it's cracked up to be. It costed us more to get a phone hooked up than any other phone company out there. And I already had a phone I just wanted to switch companies. It still costed me $140 to get just the company switched and the people who work on the main line at cricket were very rude. But the girls that work in the store were very nice and helpful.
