I miss the guy who worked here for like 10 years. Customer service hasn’t been the same since the 2010’s but it’s still a nice building. I’ve always been confused about why they have an officer working in there because it’s always been calm and quiet. It’s usually a short wait time to talk to an employee if you go mid daytime during the week, but once 3:30 hits it gets busy.

I am not sure why I bother with Verizon anymore?! I originally chose them 25 years ago because of the "coverage" and for the helpful phone and store support you would get. It's gone from them having a dedicated tech support team in the actual store, to them rolling their eyes when you had a tech question and not a new SALE question, to them charging me a fee before they would even offer to help me, to now, refusing to even look at my phone and tell me to call tech support. "They are only here to sell me a new device". Hello T-MOBILE! Your service sucks but at least I can save $75.00 a month. I guess the salesman was nice enough to look up the direct support tech line so I am not mad at him. I guess this either comes from the store level or corporate. But HEY Verizon! When I do buy an average of close to $1,000 a year in equipment and another $2,500 a year in device connected services don't you think that I might factor in ongoing customer service into that? Been loyal to that store since it opened. Thanks!!

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever received from this store! Walked in to get assistance on my account and in return they sat down and told me they couldn’t help me.
