I’ve been fighting the influenza for the last six weeks on and off. I traded in two phones and a watch, and they were unable to take my phones when I traded them in because of a security lock. I reached out to customer service to send the labels So I can return the phones and the watch and I never received them. I reached out to customer service and they can’t seem to track down the tracking number to see if they were even delivered. They advised me to go in to the location where I did the trade in. Thankfully these ladies saved the day!! I truly do appreciate you all for your help today!!
