  Having to let your pet go is one of the most difficult days of your life. Our elderly 14 year old girl went down hill very quickly. Dr. Sanchez and her staff are very compassionate people. They helped our sweet Sugar get to the bridge with peace and respect. Much love to them.

  Take your pet here, if you want them to DIE! My cat went into labor and the first kitten got stuck halfway (feet first), unfortunately that first kitten passed. I was told to go home and that "sometimes this just happens". My cat still had 2 babies in her and we were told to continue monitoring her labor. 24 hours passed and they told us that it was just "delayed labor". 36 hours passed and we brought her in. They did an ultrasound and the other 2 kittens were dead inside of her! They then wanted to the charge $8000 for an "emergency c-section"! We brought her to another clinic and they charged $600 to remove the other 2 kittens. Long story short, they were ROTTING inside of her and she needed to get injected with numerous antibiotics just to keep the infection from entering her bloodstream! We trusted this clinic in our time of need and they nearly killed our pet and tried charging us THOUSANDS of dollars to fix THEIR MISTAKE!!!! SHAMEFUL PEOPLE!

  Do not take your fur baby to this vet! They killed my 5-year-old Shih Tzu. My baby was kept in ICU for two nights, and it ended up costing close to $5,000 for tests and medication. They called me and told me my baby's heart rate was dropping, and I had to make a decision to euthanize her. It was absolutely devastating. When we went to visit her in the ICU, there was poop in her cage. Please stay away; all they care about is how much you're willing to spend to save your pet's life. I also posted a picture of the lady giving me my baby's ashes; as you can see, there were a lot of other fur babies' remains inside that cabinet. It looks to me like they kill a lot of animals there!

  I will admit I was hesitant to bring my dog here, but I didn’t have a choice when we were facing an emergency situation where he was hemorrhaging. My husband and I were frantic when we rushed inside with him bleeding all over us. I really thought he was gonna die, and I can’t thank the doctors and staff enough for their urgency and the care they provided for him. Thanks to their knowledgeable veterinarians, they saved my dog. We had gone to UrgentVet in Webster prior to this, and the veterinarian there failed to diagnose him properly with acute hemorrhagic diarrhea syndrome and sent us home despite escalating symptoms where things took a turn for the worst. So I know how easily our boy could’ve died if the veterinarians here also hadn’t known what they were doing. They took wonderful care of our dog, put him on an heating pad and IV fluids/meds and stabilized him. He was hospitalized for two days And I was able to text and call for updates. They provided me with thorough updates and I just appreciate everything they did for us. I’m happy to say that our boy has fully recovered, and we are just so grateful to still have him with us!

  For me, this clinic represents a real full-circle moment. The first time I came here was in 2005 when my cat Andy was suffering from a sudden kidney emergency in the middle of the night. They saved his life. In 2008, just after Hurricane Ike and when I was eight months pregnant, I came rushing through their doors covered in blood after Andy had been badly injured in a fight with another animal. Once again, they saved him. When my son was two years old, he got a beautiful little dachshund named Nola, who quickly became a huge part of our family. Fast forward 15 years to last night. Nola, who has been such a big part of our lives, was clearly in pain and beginning to pass. We rushed back to this clinic. Once again, they got us in very quickly and treated us with compassion and kindness during an incredibly difficult moment. Helping Nola pass peacefully was the last act of love we could give our sweet dog, and the staff handled it with the same care and humanity they showed me in 2005 and 2008. I will always be grateful to this clinic for being there for my animals—and my family—through some of the hardest moments. Thank you for your compassion, care, and kindness.
