  I went there last week, I had a problem with my laptop, they didn't really help me at all, instead they said they would have to send it off to figure what is wrong with it and it would cost like $150, and it was not a guaranteed anything, so basically she was saying, if they couldn't fix my laptop they would through it out and i would basically lose the $150 and have no laptop, that my best deal is to buy another one. I was confused as to why they would even through you property out if you sent it to be repaired? Greek squad is not the same. All I was trying to figure out was why my laptop was all of a sudden having loading problems and get my data recovered. But thankful my brother was able to recovery my data for free and I didn't have to waste my time and money at Greek Squad. Save yourself the headache.

  If I could give them no stars I would! I paid online for them to come to our home and set up home entertainment products. I was transferred 3 times, then hung up on. I called back got transferred 4 times and they still don’t understand what I’m wanting. I called the Geek Squad themselves. I ask to speak to a manager, but the girl said “just give me the information again I didn’t understand what you were saying” They are the most incompetent, no knowledge of what they are doing. I would never refer them to anyone no will I ever buy or use them again! Very dissatisfied with them. The Corporate Office will be getting a letter from me and the manager will be getting a call.
