Situations like this highlight the need for additional training to ensure that customers are treated with respect and that issues are handled properly. This experience has definitely impacted my view of the store’s leadership and overall service.

The SSD was easy to find, on sale, and came with a free month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate! Alas, they didn't have a case or backpack in the size I needed, but the associates were so helpful and considerate that they ordered me one at a discounted rate, in my favorite color, and I can pick it up in the next couple of days... AND the backpack came with 3 free months of Apple Music along with 2 feee months of Apple TV, both of which i got to renew and begin using immediately, even though the main item I ordered is nowhere near arriving just yet. The employees truly went above and beyond; I'll be recommending this specific location to everyone I know. Best experience ever at a BB.
