- PPPeterApr 14, 20191.0I had a bad experience when I was at TA yesterday. I had to come inside and swipe the cards,so I went inside than both registers were busy helping people. The fuel register were Rafael was working,was a guy by the name Roman who only spoke with Raphael,so I said :”excuse me ,can you help me to get some diesel?”after waiting for couple of minutes for them to finish the conversation (he didn’t bought anything). So since I interrupted them,Roman(he is working at the Verizon in the TA) he looked at me than he said “Idiot” than coughed loud and clear. I didn’t respond nothing I swipe the cards and than when I left,Roman said “you should take care outside”. So I answer:”why ,I can protect myself anyway.” After few sentences he said :”you don’t like black people?”, he started to take it personal,so I left. I went at the pump,got some diesel than I returned back ,having my phone on recording and one of the guy who was speaking with Roman he said ,”he look like he needs someone to beat him”. I was shocked,I only recorded for my safety,not to provoke someone. I took a shower than I went to Roman and told him:hey I don’t have nothing personal with you!i don’t know why you responding this way to me and I shake his hand,than I left. PS: Rafael ,the guy who s working at TA he saw everything and matter of fact he gave me a free shower. Aziz was nice too,the guy who was working at Verizon and he checked on me ,if I m ok especially that he saw that something happened between me and Roman. (Attitude,aggressive and rude) he also said few words is spanish that I couldn’t understand,than he laughed and look at me than towards Raphael.

- PMPamela MooreAug 14, 20175.0I had another wonderful experience at Verizon in Laredo, Tx. I was of course welcomed to Verizon and assisted immediately by Jorge and Alex the General manager. They were very helpful with upgrading our iPhone and with a great upbeat and positive attitude. They engaged in a genuine conversation that made feel confident the upgrade was the way to go. We originally came in for a screen protector because the phone we had the screen protector was actually cracked and after reviewing our account we were advised it would be around the same amount to upgrade and that we did........thanks Jorge and Alex!!!
