They refused to honor a promotion the company is running and told me I had to pay over 200$ + activation +first months bills +insurance + a portion of the phone price monthly added to my bill when online it showed I get all of that for 55$ for the items.Once I showed them purchase price online they still refused to honor the promotion not to mention he didn’t even have the product in store I was told I’d have to purchase the item then return at a later date to get the item keep in mind this item is supposed to be free for the promotion. These guys are scams and I will be reporting this to total wireless corporate! ¡Estos tipos aquí no hablan inglés!
