  Huge shoutout to Eliana for her outstanding service. She turned a stressful situation (purchasing the wrong device) into a seamless exchange. Despite being under pressure and working alone, she was professional, efficient, and genuinely went out of her way to ensure we left happy. We couldn’t be more impressed!

  Worst Cricket in Laredo! The manager always want to over sell you more than what you ask for! Not only that, she won't help you unless you purchase something in return! She's very rude to seniors and to people who just want information. Other employees are great, but the manager is the problem. It used to be a great store before but we stopped going there since she sold my mom a phone with stuff she hadn't asked for!
