- AFAdriana FloresJan 24, 20261.0Estoy sumamente enfadada con esta empresa, hace un año compré una lap top gamer Invictus para mi hijo, mi hijo solo juega en sitios seguros (y realmente solo juega minecraft), hace un par de meses de la nada la lap top se des configuró pidiendo la clave bitlocker la cual no teníamos (decía que esa computadora era de una compañía y que nos pudiéramos en contacto con ella para recuperar la contraseña)y ahora pide la clave del Bios para que arranque la tarjeta madre y tuve que llevarla a un lugar de reparación para ver si se puede salvar, si no tendría que comprar una tarjeta nueva y para eso, mejor compro una lap nueva, el caso es que la lap me la vendieron como nueva y era al parecer re configurada de una empresa porque además cuando la abrieron tenía una cinta scotch para sostener una parte del teclado….. Son unos mentirosos Best Buy!!! En mi vida les vuelvo a comprar algo, venden mentiras, es lo que venden!!!
