  I love the service provided by Muneca. She is an exceptional employee who goes the extra mile to ensure that her customers get the service that they need. She is awesome and I would not trade her customer care for any other provider! Love my cricket team member!!

  The worst experience i had at this location i came to make the payment on my mom phone payment , they said that they could not take the payment because its wasn't my account they ask me to bring my mom so that she could make the payment . my mom could barely walk i had to bring my mom down from the car she an 81yr old lady even after i got her to the store they were smerking and even getting my mom mad . i got upset and even told them just to take the payment. I did nof bring my mom so they could get her upset
