I traded in my phone, and they told me I would only pay $7 more per month. Instead, I am now paying around $30 extra every month. They also advertised a new home Wi-Fi plan with a $5 per month teacher discount promotion, but I am actually being charged $25. None of the numbers they promised were real. When I called them to fix the issue, they kept changing their story and refused to take responsibility. No one helped me, and no one cared. Because of their lies and lack of accountability, I now have to switch my operator. š Save yourself the trouble do NOT go to this store. They will mislead you, overcharge you, and then disappear when you need help
