  After many hours (yes, hours) on the phone with several different people, I was told to go in-person to the Verizon store and they could fix my account issue. I was greeted immediately and unfortunately, the person trying to help me, couldn't. He immediately turned my needs over to Aubrey. Needless to say, 3 weeks and 5 trips later, the techs behind the scenes were finally able to fix the issue. Aubrey was persistent and always professional. The other staff members always curious and wanting to learn more about fixing the issue. Even though this experience frustrated me with Verizon, my experience in the store was always positive and helped clarify my frustrations to the techs behind the scenes and not the ones face to face in the store. I will always recommend visiting in-person vs on-line or calling when possible. Aubrey went over and beyond to get this issue fixed for me. I will always be gracious for his tenacity.

  Amazing crew of people here, had their sales rep Jose Garcia helped us transfer from our old carrier to here. His patience and willingness to go above and beyond was just remarkable. Plus he wasn't pushy in trying to upsale a new phone always a plus in my book.

  I had an issue with home internet box. I walked in and Josh immediately greeted me I told him my situation and he started trouble shooting. It took some time, because of the process, but he never once not valued me as the customer and made sure to do me right. I never had to ask he always put my best interest first. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  I had been with another carrier for years and was hesitant to change! However William went above and beyond to help with my decision to switch over to Verizon. I can't remember the name of the other person . I believe he was a manager. He was also quick to my respond my questions. Excellent customer service. And even though I need help in understanding and asking several times they were prompt in answering to easy my mind. They're professionalism was A+. Manager explained the deals To me on streaming. New happy customer 😊 This is what I look for when it comes to customer service

  I thought my visit to Verizon was great.. They helped me quickly and politely... I do not know much about my phone?...but they didn't make feel stupid. They just fixed it and gave me a few idea's to help.
