- KHKaylee HayAug 21, 20251.0Extremely upset with my experience. I went in with the exact cash to pay my bill. I told the associate I needed to make my Payment, she handed me back $5 and a receipt. The receipt showed she set up a payment extension instead of paying my bill which means i will now have to pay $25 MORE because of HER mistake. I was nice, told her no I didn’t want a payment extension instead wanted to pay the entire bill? She called manager and they went back and forth and eventually tried to tell me sorry you’ll have to pay the $25 I said “ im not paying that for your mistake, you need to fix it or make it right” after sitting around and nothing getting solved I had to leave for an appointment. Manager told me to call customer service, absolutely ridiculous and no accountability for there mess up! If the worker can’t make a simple payment then the manager Poala doesn’t need to leave her alone at the store 🤷🏼♀️

Every other store tried to either sell me a new phone or told me I couldn't do it. I used to work for Cricket and knew that wasn't true. The district manager was working in this store and she got it done super fast.
