  Outstanding experience at the Verizon store located at 4505 Kingwood Drive Suite 150. Massive shout-out to Peyton, along with Samantha, Jonathan, Adam, and Ray. My phone had completely crashed, and I honestly thought I had lost a lifetime of photos and important files. What could have been a nightmare turned into an incredible customer service experience. Peyton and the team were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me recover my data. Thanks to them, I was able to save files that truly mattered to me. This team didn’t just provide service they provided real solutions and real peace of mind. Exceptional experience from start to finish.

  Very very very patient and kind and know how to get the job done. The managers are doing a great job and demonstrated customer service and beyond. If it had not been for them today, I would have left verizo! For good after I have been a loyal customer for 20 years!!! But after the run around I have been through with not getting service in my home (where I work,) and how they waited patiently (for 2 hours with tech service over the phone) and worked out this problem I have been having for over a month! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!! Great job guys!!!
