I go to the store twice in one day for this issue, and it gets to the point where the store manager is arguing with another Verizon employee from another department he needed to speak with. I find it absolutely horrible how the situation was handled and do not fully trust this establishment. Thankfully I had the privilege of finding an old phone to port out. After five years of being a local Verizon customer I am so glad to be gone. The way I have had my issues handled at this location along with Verizon as a whole have been unacceptable.
