I went in to be added on an account and was told the phone was in stock ready to be picked up so I drove 20 miles over to the store, and got there then the man who was working told us his computer through a T and C error and we had to LEAVE THE STORE to call 611. Mind you we were the only people in the store. So we sat on the phone with ^ for 45 minutes in the parking lot just to be told we were in the wrong department. Called technical support and got hung up on after being told “that’s not my job.” So here I sit three days later. My account shows my phone was picked up, and I have no phone. Utterly disgusting. Thanks russell cellular!
