    Attempted to come in at 6:18 last week. Dark skin lady with braids proceeded to tell me they close at 7 in which I knew but she didn’t even know what I was trying to come in for. Didn’t even step foot in the door and left because that basically told me she didn’t wanna help. Tone is everything

    “We will re-open on Tuesday may 27th to resume normal business hours” That is what your sign says. Everything from the Verizon website to google maps shows this location opens at 9:00 AM so tell me why I’ve been sitting outside the store for over 30 minutes? All I wanted to do was drop off a phone but now I’ve wasted an my entire morning coming to this location before they open so I can get in first thing, get done what I need to and still show up to my job on time. Seems time management and showing up on time is something your employees lack.
