  I was paying 333 for two phones, on top of home WiFi at another carrier. I went to Verizon and Fabian A. helped me lower my bill to 278 including upgrading our phones, AND GOT US OUT OF THE PHONE PAYMENT!!! What a beast. This is my first time with Verizon and I am enjoying it so far.

  Absolutely horrendous service, the women in there were more concerned about this one individuals personal life and what he does outside of work and flirting with him then actually providing service! Will never go back to that store and after years of service Verizon’s customer service is taking a huge hit. T-mobile is looking like the better option. $200 dollars from making a choice to stay or leave Verizon for good. They are not winning customers with customer service that represents their company like what I just witnessed

  Fabian has the patience of a saint! We were having so much trouble with the credit application. This man powered through and through for me I was able to purchase what I wanted and left the store with a smile on my face

  I had an outstanding experience at the Verizon Wireless on North Central Expressway in Killeen , Texas! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They didn’t rush me, didn’t pressure me, and took the time to explain all my options clearly so I could make the best decision for my needs. The store was clean, organized, and ran efficiently. Even though they were busy, I never felt overlooked. The customer service here is top-tier — knowledgeable staff, smooth process, and zero frustration. That’s rare these days. And yes… Kylee absolutely bullied me into writing this review 😂 — but only because she was confident they deserved it, and honestly, she was right. If you’re anywhere near Killeen and need help with your phone, upgrades, or service questions, this is the place to go. S/o to Malik, Rachel, and Kylee. They are the dream team for real! Highly recommend!
