    Once you pay you’re pretty much on your own. Also had me make payment before I was told what I was paying for, said needed to do it before moving forward.

    Went and got a new phone. In the process, there was a bunch of difficulties with their new system and they all worked together to ensure that I still had good customer service while trying to figure out the problems. Everyone there is extremely helpful and will do their best to make sure you get what you needed in the end

    I received excellent customer service when working with Nikki. I had a very complex situation that needed to be resolved with precision to not lose cell service nor discounts on my account. Due to the level of complexity of the situation, she spent days following up with both customer service and myself until its resolution. It takes about a hour round trip to go from my home to the store; going from my workplace to the store is even longer. Nikki offered, without me requesting, to do as much as she could over the phone to save me time traveling and waiting in the store. I appreciate her willingness to be accommodating to me and warm personality. While juggling customers in the store, she was also working on my matter that was occupied so much of her time. She called when she said she would and kept me updated. I strongly recommend requesting her to assist you with your account. She goes beyond the extra mile. I will only work with her going forward!

    375$ for a phone bill because of extra taxes and other bs fees, by far the worst phone company I have worked with. If you finance a phone for 1100 in a year of paying 50 a month for the phone payment only 200 dollars is paid toward the phone. How? Just go to Walmart and get straight talk plus they use T mobile towers. Verizon is trash
