  Terrible service Best Buy don’t know don’t know what they’re talking about. They sell lies and then they sent somebody named Antonio who has no idea what he’s doing. He did half the job and then I hired somebody who come do the job, right

  What a nightmare service on 9/16 with Taji who refused to remove a trim to install the dishwasher which we waited for 1.5 weeks to be delivered. Left the new one and the old dishwasher in the middle of the kitchen with no room to walk around. Next appointment is 9/30 for a trim that he refused to remove leaving my 75 year old mother with no kitchen for 2 weeks. What a joke! Save yourself time and stress and just go to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Will not recommend Killeen BEST Buy to anyone especially Geek Squad group who is lazy and don’t really care about the customer. I care less for a trim on the bottom especially since I will be replacing floors as a next step in my kitchen remodel.

  Just called to ask how services provided works; meaning what's the process, the est. cost. You know... questions someone who is entirely unfamiliar with this kind of thing would ask and all I got was literally a one word response then dead air. Like the girl wasn't capable of speaking or something, or her one word response was supposed to be obvious to me. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant. I'll take my money somewhere else.

  This place is awesome! I will always bring my computers here to get worked on! The techs are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They don't talk down to you if you need help understanding what is wrong with your computer. Just make sure you schedule an appointment!
