The delivery guys are amazing, and I thought our salesperson was until today. Today we found out that Rose didn’t include the charge and time for the door swap on the dryer. I asked several times to make sure that was included and ensured that it was, only to find out it wasn’t. Now while we do have a dryer we have the door opening the wrong direction until Jan 9th, thanks to our salesperson Rose. Please ensure more training so this doesn’t happen again!

From a simple hinge replacement on laptop 3-4 weeks out just to see if theyll cover it to it'll most likely cost over hundreds of dollars to fix. But I also noticed that nobody else was receiving satisfied service as well. I specifically bought warranties on the laptops I bought and spent thoughsands of dollars on to keep in good condition atleast for a couple yrs. Ill be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.

Was never notified of the delivery date window just the day of delivery. This is bad customer service , since I have been waiting all Fricking day as if my time meant nothin. Had to cancel a Doctor’s appointment in the AM. while I was waiting for the delivery! No email, text or phone calls, finally I called and was transferred to an out source location, sounded like India where I was told delivery time was from 3:00 to 7:00 PM. My whole day was wasted !!! I am not a happy camper!!!
