    James, the whole package, is the best at customer service, laughter, willing to share his knowledge and not wanting anyone to loose out on time and money. I 1000% recommend James in the computer section. Awesome

    Paul is an angel in disguise; he unlocked more of my devices that got stuck in the faraday cage of my life. They’ve been in stasis since the weekend of 13/12/2025. I’ll bring in the rest of my devices later if I actually remember to make another appointment as medication-resistant ADHD can cause dementia like symptoms; the combined symptoms of undiagnosed AuDHD did not help either. And… as my brother Tom says, “That’s all I have to say about that.” I’ll post a pic later of my airgap computer that I hope Paul will be able to use his mojo to unlock in the future. Either that pic or one of my stray kitten Old Greg Haus who talked his way into our lives & home.

    They said my pc won’t turn on because I forgot to connect a pcie cable from the power supply to the motherboard that gives power to the on button. That was completely wrong. Took my of to a different repair show and they diagnosed that it was actually the motherboard that was the issue. It was dead and no power could get to the supply.

    I have personally bought two items based on the recommendations from two separate employees: a printer for homeschool (let me tell you, we have put it through the wringer!) and a gaming headset for my husband (of which he gushes over every once in a while when he remembers just how much he loves them). The products are the same at every store but the EMPLOYEES here go above and beyond. They make this store stand out! 5/5 ⭐

    VERY serious buyer beware on buying here. This is some next level shady business tactics. I bought a very expensive high end product which broke a week into owning it so I called the phone line and was told i needed a geek squad appointment. We had some weather, they had to cancel and move my appointment. I went back for the new appointment to be told "oh, you didnt need an appointment, you just needed to come and exchange it... but now you're out of that exchange window so... sorry nothing we can do. After asking for a manager he said the same thing BUT ALSO said "if you buy our 50 dollar coverage plan NOW we will exchange it for you" even though i was INSIDE the return period when i originally tried to get the exchange done. The manager said "well i cant really control what the call center does" So, long story short i was mis led by the company until i was outside of my return period then told "oh if you spend more money on our coverage plan we will take care of you, even though it was our fault in the first place." I even asked if a manager above the guy I was talking to was available and was told "no, and this is what we are instructed to do" Just SHADY SHADY SHADY business tactics. Best buy has really fallen a long way. Its no wonder they are struggling with business practices when amazon will just take care of you. The only tangible benefit i had was that i wanted the product that day because they said they had it online. Of course i showed up to the store and they didnt actually have it and had to order it anyways. Just hands down one of the worst shopping experiences imaginable.
