He effectively explained to me how and why my request would need to be handled through corporate.( In store sales and corporate are two different support systems) However, he still went above and beyond to help me with what he had control over. He wasn’t required to, and I didn’t ask him to, but he still did. His professionalism and authenticity not only de-escalated the situation with my distress but also renewed my satisfaction towards the company. As someone who has witnessed the reputation of phone companies using less-than-enthusiastic sales tactics, I was relieved to experience the opposite with Patrick. His outstanding service has earned my loyalty, and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Verizon for years to come. Although there are still a couple of things that I’m concerned about; I am no longer intimidated to learn more about what I can do to get the most out of my service.
