Verizon sales rep Aaron Thomas did NOT do the iPhone 17 trade-ins that I specifically ordered and I only found out on accident after I got an updated projected next bill and expected new monthly bill. The trade-ins were to be a straight trade NO extra cost for either, only taxes to pay on them which I already paid. This would make my monthly bill stay exactly the same. Instead, Aaron ordered more expensive phones which cost more per month over 36 months. Then, 2 other visits to the store resulted in 3 other Verizon employees telling me I needed to have bought these more expensive phones vs what I actually ordered (basically justifying why bait and switch was ok) ! I need Verizon to prove they are honest and not scammers by correcting this bait and switch which will cost me over $500 more! Do NOT do business with anyone tied to these people!

Then we were told that two of our other lines were up for an upgrade. They pitched the upgrades as an even trade. All we had to do is pay the tax. No activation fees and no extra $ for our monthly plan, so we upgraded. Days later we were told there was still a balance for the phones. BAIT and SWITCH!!!. Aaron Thomas lied! Others refused to help and made excuses for him. Illegal practices supported by all employees involved. Watch yourselves!!
