    Very helpful, quick, and knowledgeable sales guys. Was in and out quickly with a good deal on a new phone with no pressure to change plans or get anything I didn’t need. Would recommend.

    If I could give a rating lower than one I would. Be prepared to wait as if the same two people that are being assisted are purchasing a home. I take that back, my home purchase was a lot faster than waiting in the queue. I have been to many locations and carriers and this was the longest wait without adequate seating. Not worth it!

    Im only giving this place 5 stars because Elizabeth was super fast and effective. Every time i come here they take so long to help me, but Elizabeth took less than 10 minutes to open up a new phone line and saved me a lot of time.

    Extremely Disappointed After 10+ Years of Loyalty I’ve been coming to this store for over ten years. Every year I upgrade to the newest iPhone here, have my plan reviewed, and pick up any accessories I need. Until today, my experiences have always been positive. Unfortunately, today’s visit was completely different — and it all stemmed from one employee named Chianti (not sure of the exact spelling). About ten minutes into what became a 57-minute wait, I was still the only person waiting. When I first arrived, all three employees were assisting other customers, which I completely understood. Then Chianti came over and said, “Please take a seat, we’ll be right with you.” I politely replied, “Do you mind if I stand?” She gave me a dirty look and said, “Go for it.” After finishing with her customer, she walked to the back. A new customer came in shortly after, and she greeted them right away, asked what they needed, and then had them take a seat — before heading to the back again. By the time 57 minutes had passed, another employee named Fahim finished up and immediately came over to help. He apologized sincerely for the wait and got my new phone activated in just a few minutes. While he was assisting me, Chianti reappeared and began helping the customer who came in after me, confirming what I had suspected — she intentionally avoided helping me over a minor interaction about whether I could stand. Employees who take things personally and treat loyal customers this way have no business working in customer service or sales. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years, but this experience genuinely has me rethinking whether I’ll return. Huge thanks to Fahim for his professionalism and courtesy — he’s the only reason this visit didn’t end even worse. But management needs to address this kind of behavior immediately.
