- KNKim NguyenNov 15, 20251.0Placed an order online yesterday at 2pm for inside-locker pickup because I didn’t want to wait around for someone in the store to help me. I never received an email saying the order was ready. I called this morning to check, and they said, “Oh yeah, just come in and ask for [person’s name].” ok.... Fine. Then I get an email saying my order is ready and to go to the locker. I go inside, open the locker—nothing inside. I ended up still having to wait around 20 minutes for someone to help me. They told me they didn’t see my order anymore. Then they said, “Oh, it says you already picked it up.” I explained that yes, I opened the locker, but it was empty. Someone eventually went to the back, found my order, and handed it to me. I asked why I couldn’t do locker pickup like I requested, and he said I should have been able to. I asked why it wasn’t placed in the locker, and he had no idea. He handed me the bag and walked away. irritated and frustrated. Over 20 minutes to be handed a bag that should have just been put in the locker like I ordered. The service here is just lost
