The negative reviews at this store location are true. Came over to this location twice to exchange a phone that was ordered online only for this location to refuse the exchange in store. Don’t go within an hour of closing.

Liz valentine was the best service rep I’ve been to , she’s helped me with my plan and how to handle certain phone situations in the future this young lady is a good person to have and I hope to see her stay in the future !!! Literally the nicest kindest person ever !!

The customer service in this branch is one of the worst. I was in there waiting to be called and I can hear how one of the employees treated the elderly and his daughter. They were asking for assistance on their account and Jason, the person that attended them, was so rude in dealing with them. I feel pity on the elderly and his daughter. They deserve better. The customer service in Verizon is getting worse. That's why they are losing customers.
