Liz valentine was the best service rep I’ve been to , she’s helped me with my plan and how to handle certain phone situations in the future this young lady is a good person to have and I hope to see her stay in the future !!! Literally the nicest kindest person ever !!

The customer service in this branch is one of the worst. I was in there waiting to be called and I can hear how one of the employees treated the elderly and his daughter. They were asking for assistance on their account and Jason, the person that attended them, was so rude in dealing with them. I feel pity on the elderly and his daughter. They deserve better. The customer service in Verizon is getting worse. That's why they are losing customers.

Walked in to Verizon store and was helped by rep named Daniela. She was awesome from the start. Broke down everything in detail and didn’t force me to buy extra things i didn’t need. Recommended her to my family members and friends. Simply amazing customer service. Thank you.

I had to move 2 phone numbers to my account from another and upgrade the phones. While that can be an overwhelming task, Marcellus walked us through the entire process and made it as easy as these things can be. We will be back for any future changes.
