- KPKartik ParikhSep 14, 20251.0I had a terrible experience with Verizon’s customer service. They tried to scam me by downgrading my service plan on the quote without telling me. The representative then pretended that the new downgraded plan’s prices would “match” what T-Mobile was offering. This was completely misleading. Instead of being upfront and honest, Verizon used deceptive tactics to make their offer look competitive. Customers should not have to double-check for hidden changes just to avoid being taken advantage of. This experience shows a lack of transparency and integrity in how Verizon treats potential customers. If they can’t win business fairly, they shouldn’t be in the business of making false comparisons or hiding plan changes. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I urge others to be cautious before trusting Verizon’s quotes
