He pinched a nerve in his back and was in pain and walking a little funny. So when I arrived I was greeted by the staff with smiles which helped me relax. The got me in with no wait and promptly started the examination. Everyone treated my little guy with love and care. True animal people and helped me and my dog both relax. They gave him a shot and meds for the pain and explained what was going on and likely what caused the pinched nerve. I was very pleased with everyone and how quickly the attended to us. And a very reasonable costs. REALLY IMPRESSED with these guys!!! They deserve 10 stars!

My children and I brought our 11 year old Miniature Schnauzer, Mia, to the clinic because she was not doing well, and we ultimately had to make the very difficult decision to lay her to rest. Dr. Sears and the entire staff were incredibly comforting, kind, and genuine throughout the entire process. They treated our family with patience and empathy and cared for Mia with such tenderness and respect. Knowing she was in such loving hands brought us comfort during an otherwise heartbreaking time. I am truly grateful to Dr. Sears and the entire VCA Kelliwood team for their compassion and professionalism. We will always appreciate the care they showed our beloved Mia.
