    Got out new fridge here. Customer service was excellent by Kevin and Ravi. We usually get ours at a different store because of perks but Kevin made sure to meet us somewhere we can be satisfied. When the price dropped significantly the next day and customer service via the phone can’t help, Kevin and Ravi advised us to come back. When we did the guest advisor couldn’t help us and we were worried we couldn’t get the adjustment. Kevin was out but Ravi patiently resolved it, he also carefully explained it and showed it to us. We ended up using the difference to buy the extended warranty. He gave us options how to process the transaction. Then, Ravi explained to us what to do should anything happen as well as the transactions. It’s definitely worth getting your expensive appliances here, and look for Ravi or Kevin. You can rely on their advice.

    Yes it came to this and I’m not finish here on goodie. This garbage place will be getting a review on every possible site I can give one. I came in this store twice today on 2/2 to make purchases. The customer service is pathetic and this is a clear indication of their leadership team. I stood in the open box area and 2 employees looked dead at me and didn’t greet me or say oh we will be right with you. The other finished helping a customer and proceeded to walk around and found another customer and started helping them. The geek squad employee came right there, didn’t say a word to me, opened the gate to the open box section put a computer in there, turned away and walked away! This isn’t my first horrible customer service experience at Best Buy. I’m officially done with this company and will take my business elsewhere: I don’t care what the price is compared to these folks. I won’t spend another dime on Best Buy and will be sure to spread that word. Not to mention I’ve worked with BB on projects and know first hand how you guys lie to customers when making installation sales, giving misleading info. Take a look at your cameras. I order the computers I need elsewhere. I was coming in your store to spend minimum 5k. I don’t look the par the way I was dressed but it cost you when you not in it for every customer. With that being said, I look forward to the day another retailer come along and make the electronic industry competitive for the pathetic organization.

    I bought a Samsung dishwasher from Best Buy in February and paid using a Best Buy credit card. By March—only one month after purchase—the dishwasher started having serious problems. When I contacted Best Buy, they referred me to Samsung. From that point on, I was stuck in a nightmare. Samsung kept postponing service appointments, refused to properly fix the issue, and dragged this out for months. Then in December, they suddenly claimed the dishwasher was out of warranty, which is completely false—it wasn’t even one year old. Samsung told me the warranty starts from the manufacturing date, not the purchase date, which is unacceptable and misleading. I went back to Best Buy, expecting them to stand behind a product they sold and financed. Instead, I was given conflicting information. One representative told me I had to physically bring the dishwasher to the store to get a refund (which is ridiculous), and another said that was not true. In the end, no one took responsibility. So now I’m left with a defective dishwasher, no refund, no repair, and no accountability—from either Samsung or Best Buy. Best Buy made money from this sale and their credit card, yet completely abandoned the customer when a real problem occurred. This experience has destroyed my trust in Best Buy’s customer service. I strongly warn others: if something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
