    Best Buy was really good about it when I had a problem with my phone because I just couldn't find out what type of charger my phone needed to charge and I was seriously confused over this situation! But fortunately for me, the Best Buy employees were ready and rushing to my situation. They fixed my situation within half of a minute and wished me a good day and told me to come back whenever I needed help again. I definitely recommend this place for electronics and more and I also recommend this place to the upcoming people that read this review and I recommend this to the public. I also rate this place a 5 out of 5.

    I like the one in katy freeway, there is very nice and polite guy, his name is Emmanuel. He is awesome, always willing to help doing his best.

    I have always had a good experience at this location, but Cisco truly went above and beyond this time. I had ordered some last minute Christmas gifts, but upon arriving, the app would only allow me to check in for curbside pickup for one and showed the other one as in-store pickup and it couldn’t be converted to curbside pickup via the app. Cisco anticipated the situation and brought out both orders without me needing to go inside. He was friendly, attentive, and made the entire process seamless and efficient. Outstanding customer service, thank you, Cisco!

    I had a complex issue with an exchange. Customer service didn’t want to deal with my issue and customer service was no help. I was on my way out of the store frustrated and vowing to never shop at Best Buy again when I bumped into Keith (manager). He listened to my issue and saw beyond the complexities and gave me a practical and fair solution. It’s refreshing that customer service still exists in some places. I usually shop at the Cypress or Copperfield locations, but will purchase from the fry rd location from now on because of the excellent customer service I got from Keith. He should be applauded and commended for making sure the customer left happy.

    We ordered two TVs with mounting (about $2,000) from Best Buy - Katy Freeway for the holidays. We waited all day for delivery, only to find out the order was canceled without any notification—no call, no email, nothing. I had to call to find out. The first call was hung up on. The second rep had an attitude and said a manager “couldn’t do anything.” They also falsely claimed they tried to contact us, which never happened. The in-store salesperson assured us everything was in stock, which clearly wasn’t true. No alternatives were offered, no accountability taken, and no effort to fix the situation. Now we’re spending the holidays without the TVs we planned for. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
