Wasn’t happy with my service just because I wasn’t told I would be charged a separate “set up for success” fee per line which was an upgrade and a byop activation as well and got charged 40 for activation per line which I was aware of but when I paid for sales tax on my upgrade I noticed after I got home the 2 charges for the set up for success . The 80 in activation fees were added to my Verizon bill but I apparently paid 80 for set up for success and I was told the next day when I asked that’s for them setting phone up and transferring pics etc which I did NOT get that service. The girl never transferred anything. She did ask me if I wanted my pics contacts messages and I told her yes to pics and contacts but didn’t care about texts or call log and she had me sign into my Apple ID and that was it. I went from android and upgraded to iPhone so once I got home I had to manually factory reset my new iPhone to get to the beginning of setting up device in able to start transfer process that the girl never did. Then all she did is activate my old phone on a new line. That’s it. That and just activated my upgrade and had me sign into my old Apple account from an iPhone I had years ago. That’s not transferring anything from my android. I think it’s unfair to be charged 80 for activation then another 80 for set up for success when I didn’t receive that service. I could understand if she actually did those things but she didn’t. My old phone which at that moment was the phone I was getting an upgrade on was just activated with a new line that’s it. Nothing else was done to it. Why would I be charged 80 total for that line 40 for activation 40 for set up for success when I didn’t get anything set up on that phone. Then same for my upgrade. 80 total, 40 for activation and 40 for set up for success and all she literally did was activate the phone and asked me to put in my Apple ID that’s it… I feel like it’s a rip off and will never go inside another Verizon store for upgrades or anything. I usually do my upgrades over the phone with Verizon and I’m charged sales tax and they usually waive the 40 activation fee. I shouldn’t have had to pay $240 to walk out the door. That’s wild! If I wouldn’t have been charged for those bs charges it would have been 190. 140 for sales tax and 50 for phone case. And the activation fees were added to Verizon but instead they charged sales tax phone case and 80 for set up for success. They also put the wrong name at the top of my receipt saying britanny Lawson. That’s not my name. I got email saying to leave a review here and it said the same name smh

Absolutely shitty. Worst location. I was told 1 thing that they were going to be doing, and they did the complete opposite and charged my account to 4 damn phones lines(it’s only my husband and I) when I repeatedly told them that it is NOT what we are doing. They did it anyway. I will not be going back to this Jasper location. I just found out when I went to pay my bill.
