  I just left after having a horrible experience with the Geek Squad staff. I needed assistance transferring my data from one iPhone to the next and the attendant was very short and dismissive. I literally told him that AT&T instructed me to come here because they couldn’t transfer everything over for me. He told me to do it myself as if I could understand anything he was explaining on how to do so. If I could do it myself, why would go to AT&T then to Geek Squad? I don’t need instructions, I needed the service I was prepared to pay for. By the time I looked up, after trying to do what he instructed, he literally walked off into the Geek Squad back room and never came back out. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Please hire people with soft skills and keep all the others in the back. Relationships go alot further than technical skills in the real world.

  Dan came to our home to fix some problems with our computer. He was very knowledgeable and was able to fix it, which was software-related to Outlook. He did a great job!

  First they took my computer and charged me for my services. Then went to pick after I got the text ready for pick up. So I go there and they tell me we were able to repair because we don’t have the battery for this computer. So spent money to buy battery on line and then took it there. They were not able to put the battery because the computer kept messaging no battery in the computer. So they said” we don’t what the problem is so we are shipping it to another location. So today got the text saying your computer is ready for pick up and it is repaired and ready for use. When I went to pick up they say” sorry it is the mother board problem. So lost the money for the battery and messed up my 1 year old expensive laptop. So please don’t take your computer there anymore
