I went in this morning having a bad morning, trying to get the service switched over to it's own account. After being on the phone trying to get this completed I came to the Verizon in Irving, Texas & Carlos, made my complete day so much better. Thank You Carlos for getting my daughter a new phone and for getting the services switched over. You Are The Best!!!

Avoid this store at all costs. Had a pick up order and the store cancelled the order two days before the pickup deadline.They then forced me to wait for an hour before telling me they couldn’t help me. Had a similar experience with my previous order. Avoid.

Had to go to the Verizon on Beltline and 183. Spoke to John and he was very helpful and fixed my issue. Now this center I dealt with the manager Carlos he’s not a manager or does not know how to handle customer service. What he couldn’t do John did. Will never go back.

Worst company ever and then when you switch service all of a sudden you owe this and that. Wish i never got verizon, save yourself a headache and dont get verizon theres alot better alternatives out there. Also try calling their customer service youll be on hold for a half an hr and your WAY overpaying on the bill. Another thing for example when you call customer service they like to throw on a $10 customer service agent service fee oh nice cause i wasnt already getting ripped off to begin with!! Worst phone company ever!!
