Worst company ever and then when you switch service all of a sudden you owe this and that. Wish i never got verizon, save yourself a headache and dont get verizon theres alot better alternatives out there. Also try calling their customer service youll be on hold for a half an hr and your WAY overpaying on the bill. Another thing for example when you call customer service they like to throw on a $10 customer service agent service fee oh nice cause i wasnt already getting ripped off to begin with!! Worst phone company ever!!

JT and Michael are the reason I am staying with Verizon after having the worst experience with Verizon that came after I purchased the new iPhone 17. Who would’ve thought I would’ve experienced as much difficulty as I did to activate a new phone. I spent over 4 hours on the phone with customer service trying to activate my phone and they were highly frustrating to work with. These gentleman at the Irving location were swift and savvy in doing the job within mins. It’s employees like them that turned a situation where I almost left verizon to being proud to be a verizon customer. Thank you JT and Michael!

I have bee a business customer for well over 10 years and I am now switching to AT&T I am done with Verizon and this location is horrible. If you have Verizon DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE - HORRIBLE SERVICE!! - Thid is the worst store I have ever delt with.
