    I had an outstanding experience with Erick at the Verizon store while upgrading my iPhone. He made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Erick was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all my options clearly. Not only did he handle everything efficiently, but he also made sure I walked away with a fantastic deal. Customer service like this is hard to find. Erick truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re planning an upgrade!

    I had an excellent experience working with Carlos at Verizon. He provided truly exceptional service from start to finish. Carlos was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options clearly without any pressure. He made the entire process smooth, efficient, and actually enjoyable, which is not always easy. What stood out most was his professionalism and genuine commitment to making sure I was completely satisfied. Carlos went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up correctly and that I felt confident before leaving. Outstanding customer service like this deserves recognition. Highly recommend asking for Carlos if you visit Verizon.

    Got to the store at 5:45, employees still inside and they had the doors locked? Hours said until 6pm! Update the hours so I don’t waste my time driving here if you’re not actually going to be open until 6pm, I could’ve gone to a different location that actually stays open until they say. All employees walked out at 5:52! ridiculous! Edit: I got a call from their manager to explain everything and I really appreciated it! It goes a long way when they show they care and pay attention and can make it right, especially when a lot of other places ignore customer feedback 😊

    It's unfortunate some people have had bad experience but I had a great experience there. One of the specialist Alejandro (Alex) was able to help me with my particular issue. I needed to get a new phone as well as I needed to upgrade my current phone. Alejandro went over different options with me so I could choose th3 best option for my particular case. He also explained the details and helped me save money. I would highly recommend him if you directly happen to go inside this Verizon store at MacArthur Blvd.

    I was informed by the Verizon online help desk that I could pick up my device in-store because the device scheduled for delivery via FedEx had been delayed for more than ten days. After a detailed discussion with the help desk, an in-store pickup was initiated, and I was advised that I could visit the store to collect the device and that the store would be notified accordingly. Upon visiting the store, I was assisted by a staff member through walk-in to whom I explained the prior communication with the online help desk. The staff member demonstrated little interest in understanding the situation and responded in a passive-aggressive manner. When I requested confirmation as to whether the device was ready for pickup, instead of providing a clear response, he abruptly pushed my identification back across the desk and left the interaction mid-conversation, walking away from the desk stating that he could not deal with this anymore. The entire interaction lasted less than two minutes, during which the staff member responsible for customer service disengaged without making any attempt to understand or resolve the issue. This experience was highly unprofessional and represents the worst customer service I have encountered. If possible, I would assign zero or negative stars to reflect the quality of service received.
