    I had a great experience with Eduardo at Verizon. He was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I left satisfied. Outstanding customer service!

    I came in with a simple account issue that needed escalation. Instead of helping, John Snell was rude, dismissive, and outright aggressive from the moment I walked up. He barely listened, interrupted me repeatedly, and when he realized he couldn’t fix it, he told me to leave the store like I was the problem. No apology, no effort to call support, no manager—just “Get out.” This is not how you treat paying customers. If you want competent, respectful service, go to another Verizon location. John Snell single-handedly ruined any trust I had in this branch. Zero stars if I could.

    I have tried for 3 days to add a second line to my phone by calling into Verizon. 3 - 5 calls a day - horrible service and they could not add the line. I even had a Verizon Business rep try and help me.. No luck at all.... I drove to this store and within 3 min she had it done and tested both lines.. They both work.. I wish I knew her name but she did great work.. I want to thank the people at this location for the help...
