I came in with a simple account issue that needed escalation. Instead of helping, John Snell was rude, dismissive, and outright aggressive from the moment I walked up. He barely listened, interrupted me repeatedly, and when he realized he couldn’t fix it, he told me to leave the store like I was the problem. No apology, no effort to call support, no manager—just “Get out.” This is not how you treat paying customers. If you want competent, respectful service, go to another Verizon location. John Snell single-handedly ruined any trust I had in this branch. Zero stars if I could.

I have tried for 3 days to add a second line to my phone by calling into Verizon. 3 - 5 calls a day - horrible service and they could not add the line. I even had a Verizon Business rep try and help me.. No luck at all.... I drove to this store and within 3 min she had it done and tested both lines.. They both work.. I wish I knew her name but she did great work.. I want to thank the people at this location for the help...

RECOMMEND TO VERZON COMPANY, . Not only they give me five phones with zero down. I only paid the taxes. They have a program match the bill, they improved it. They paid off the balance on all three phones; there wasn't much left. They cover maximum 800 dls per your line. which is the limit. They gave me the first month free, and free subscriptions for 36 months. Partly thanks to at&t POOR SERVICES I had the opportunity to deal with VERIZON 👍
les RECOMIENDO VERIZON ahí no solo me dieron los 5 teléfonos con cero de down solo pagué los impuestos . además no solo me igualaron la factura me la mejoraron. me liquidaron el saldo de mis tres teléfonos no fue mucho lo que restaba. ellos te cubren hasta 800 por línea , es el límite. me dieron el primer mes gratis. y suscripciones gratis por 36 meses. En parte Gracias al MAL SERVICIO de at&t yo pude darme la oportunidad de tratar con VERIZON, 👍
