They were very nice, but didn’t seem very concerned about me. I tried to explain to them that I couldn’t be in the room because of some dramatic experience I just went through, but they didn’t seem to care just told me I had to wait there for the doctor then it’s never explained why you’re paying $625. They just start doing things and don’t keep you posted or anything you don’t even see the dog or what they’re doing to the dog.I just don’t understand how a dog’s life is more important than a human life in cost. Because I didn’t have the money, I just was gonna let you go home with your dog sick and having seizures

My wife just called about their free coupon for a check up & they said they could not find an account under her name. Rightly so because she doesn’t have an account. I do. Well, turns out they looked me up then said that she’s attached to the account. WITHOUT CONSENT. I’ve had my younger dog treated here in the past but that was just wrong of them to add my wife without consent. Dodged a bullet, our older one should get better care than that and I wouldn’t want to take her there if they’re already doing things like this.

If you're looking for a vet who sees you as the customer first, go elsewhere. If you want a vet who will be your furrys advocate first, this is the place. I called for blood work as a followup to another vet and clearly my dog needed a lot more done for her. I don't care about the money. I need my girl healthy as can be. The next few weeks will tell the difference between living for years or not.

Extremely scammy when it comes to the care club. Do not recommend- their vets will shove meds and procedures that are unnecessary and the “discount” is a joke.

We’ve been taking our dog to VCA for the past 10 years that we’ve had him. We had always had good experiences until his latest visit for vaccines. During the visit the doctor and I discussed some small lumps he has on his back due to age and several skin tags he has throughout his body. Nothing else was discussed or mentioned about bumps. We had to take him back a week later for x-rays. After the visit when my wife got home from the visit, she noticed a big lump underneath his chin/neck area. We immediately went back to ask about it and the doctor went into defense mode and said that it had been documented in his visit from the prior week that there was a softball size mass underneath his neck area. Our poor dog was in pain and could not eat or drink without a lot of discomfort. We take many pictures and videos of our dog and have proof that this big lump was not there prior to any of his visits. We even have video that was taken in the waiting room prior to the X-rays and there as not lump there. We spoke to several people there including the doctors and director and were dismissed as liars. Several weeks have passed and there is no more lump, so how did a softball size mass just disappear? It sucks because we really enjoyed taking our dog there for the past 10 years but we won’t be going back. I’m sure they don’t care since they’ve gotten enough money out of us over the years. The two last pictures are from today which clearly shows no mass.
