    This has been my worst experience with this store. I purchased a laptop two weeks ago and was told it would be ready for pickup last Wednesday. I have gone to the store three times in person and was told each time that there was still no ETA. When I requested to cancel my order and retrieve my trade-in unit, I was informed that it was already gone. I called customer service 5–6 times and received different explanations every time. Today, when I requested a full refund, only a partial refund was processed, and I was still charged for the membership. I was then told to contact the corporate office, but when I explained my complaints, they hung up on me.

    Pre-ordered a hard drive to pick up. When I go there had to stand and wait at the counter for a long time for someone to retrieve it, at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile multiple employees were standing around hanging out and not working. After all the time it turns out it was behind the counter the whole time and they could have just given it to me as soon as I got there.

    I don’t know what’s happened to Best Buy. A once solid box store has consistently gone down hill. This store has gotten me with the bait and switch 3 times now. Says it’s in stock online but not actually in stock when you get to the store but some “similar” more expensive version is…. Unfortunate.
