    I bought a 75 inch samsung and sonos. I confirmed with the sales rep to make sure they are compatible with one another. I then called a third party rep paid $200 to install the mounts and tv only to find out later the tv doesnt have a opt cable hole nor the sonos had a hdmi. I called customer service and said they cannot connect me to the store directly so he offered help switching the tv and expected delivery was for today. But they ended up sending the tv at a wrong address. Now i am waiting on for the address change and not sure how many more days i have to wait to get the tv that works. Years with best buys and being a regular customer , this is so far the worst experience i am having

    TERRIBLE!!! This was my first time in this store to pick up a $250 item. As I walked through the doors, I approached the first employee I saw and asked, “Hello, where is your pick-up counter?” He responded, “I am not on the clock.” I replied, “Aren't you wearing a Best Buy blue shirt, with Best Buy in yellow written on it? I need you to point me to the pick-up counter please.” He then said, “I can’t help you because I’m not on the clock; and this is my second day!” Next, another employee, the door greeter, who is listening to all this spoke in a cocky and arrogant tone, stating, “He is not on the clock.” He had heard the whole conversation and offered no simple help. I told them both, “You guys are absolutely terrible! Where is the pick-up counter? I have purchased an item and want to pick it up!” Finally, a third person, one of the three employees who were just standing around, pointed me to the area. I walked side by side with the very first employee, who had refused to help me, as he walked to the pick-up counter to clock in. The lady at the pick-up counter was polite, and she was the only employee I saw actually working; she was managing the line all by herself. Then, as I was walking out with my item the door greeter in a cocky arrogant tone with a sly smile said, “I hope you have a good day” and chuckled. I told him, “You guys are terrible, absolutely terrible!” This was my first Christmas item on my shopping list. I will not buy anything else from Best Buy this Christmas 2025.

    This store is totally waste. The employee over there are giving false information and misleading the customers to buy the devices. Recently I went to this store to buy a camera and one employee helped me , I asked him to show me the display camera so I can test and see how to works. This employee told there is no display, and misleading me to buy the camera by saying you can return the device within 14days with the restocking fee of 45$. After I bought it and didn’t like the device, came to the store to return it . They charged me 15% that is 285$ for the restocking fee. When I spoke with the supervisor over there about the whole thing, he is simply saying sorry that’s it. They are not at all thinking about the mistakes done by their employees which results in the lose of customer’s money. Where is 45$ and where is 285$. The guy whom I think helped me actually he cut my pocket. This is a bad store and bad customer service ever.

    The Best Buy manager and staff at the Irving Texas Store went above and beyond to assist me. I bought a 100” TV online and when the delivery folks came to my home, they were extremely rude and I had them take the tv back. After speaking with the staff in the Irving store, they helped me to repurchase the TV and assisted with the delivery. After leaving the store the manager contacted me and made sure I was happy and everything was ok. He realized that my mounting services were postponed and he followed up to get it prioritized. The store manager, Giovanni R, renewed my faith in Best Buy and in customer service. You deserve an award Giovanni - keep up the excellent work! Thanks so much!

    I recently ordered a MacBook Air online for in-store pickup at this location. I couldn’t pick it up for a few days, and on the last day before the order was set to be canceled, I received an email saying it had been picked up, even though I was still at home. I immediately called Best Buy support, but they couldn’t help since the system showed the order as picked up. I tried calling the store, but the automated responses made it impossible to reach a real person, so I had to visit in person. After explaining the situation, the store staff checked and discovered the issue, my MacBook might have been mistakenly given to someone else due to a serial number mix up. They eventually found another MacBook with my name tag still in the store and offered to correct the order by changing the serial number. However, I decided to cancel the order and get a refund instead. Despite this being entirely the store’s mistake, I received no explanation or apology. I had to make a special trip to fix something that wasn’t my fault, just a day before my international travel. Imagine how stressful this would’ve been if I were already abroad.
