    Hunter hooked me up with new headphones today. Filled me in all so many varieties & was very helpful despite my relentless questions. Gave me space & time, when i wanted to do my own product research. He was very knowledgeable about the products, & was straightforward. Love me an honest salesman 👍 keep it up

    This is a corporate scam… we bought three items from the Euless/Bedford location with the promise and confirmation that they would have one item shipped from Burleson to our home in Mansfield by Monday, 12/22/25. Received a message from Fed Ex that the item was delayed FROM ILLINOIS and would not be here till Jan 2nd! Over two weeks from purchase! We went to Burleson and bought it and plan to return the one from ILLINOIS when it FINALLY arrives. Best Buy, if you can’t fulfill orders DO NOT promise your customers otherwise. We will shop at other electronics dealers from now on.

    Best Buy always has very helpful associates on the floor. I love the door greeter. I can always ask where something is as soon as I go in the door and they steer me in the right direction. I also have a credit card with them which makes shopping even more convenient and beneficial. You can look online for things in stock at the store before you go to save you a trip if they don't have it, and you can also get curbside pickup.

    Is there a manager on diry at this location bc no one knew what was going on when it came to check out. I walked to one checkout, he was helpful and told me I could go to customer service to checkout. I waited there in line only for her to tell me to go to the spot where it said checkout. I said "are you sire bc there's no one there and he sent me to you." I go to the checkout and then im told no one can help me there, to go to Customer service desk. I went back to customer service desk and the line had 4 ppl in it. I forfeited all of my items I spent an hour picking out with the wonderful assistance I was given throughout the store. the customer service girl with barely any eye lashes on December 11th around 8 pm.. was rude not helpful and should have been at the front door telling people where to go Because she was not customer service helpful at all. waste of my whole evening and now I have no time to complete my project on my only night off. thanks for saving me $250 Best buy. bc i didnt buy a thing.

    Let me give yall a BIG praise moment: I’ve shopped here before, always have had help from any of the staff, fairly run of the mill shopping experiences. This past week my toddler demolished our TV with a play toy, and we were kind of due for something new anyways. So I initiate an online order with pick up from the NE Mall location. Show up, dude at the front door super helpful, guys who load it in super helpful, head home and take it into the living room. We open it up and come to find the screen along the front edge at the top is shattered in slivers! Momentarily frustrating, but all good. I open the order on my phone, initiate a return, get the code, then pack it all back up and take it back the next morning. DANIELLA hooks me up from the get-go (also, shoutout to the front door guys, I noticed the same one from the night before was there as well). Great customer service, good attitude, and helped me get home delivery because I’m not gonna be able to pick it up anytime soon after today. I’ve been in sales and retail for 20 years - thank you for treating me right!!! Yall some real ones, and my family thanks you and hopes you guys have some great holidays ahead of yall!
