Came for the deal on AirPods and was stuck between the pros and 4s w/ noise cancellation. Four associates came to ask if I needed any help which is already fantastic service. The one that stood out most however was Ethan. He helped explain the difference as well as his own personal preference. I was able to make the decision to purchase the AirPod pros with his help, extremely well spoken young man and definitely deserves more recognition for his work.

I recently visited the North Richland Hills Best Buy location. I had purchased a phone a couple of years before at the Grapevine location and bought the 180.00 extended warranty/premium membership. Also spent 140.00 on case and screen protector. My phone got dropped and cracked screen and lower half was black ed out. I went up and asked about the warranty and they started the process but apparently the warranty company they use is a new partnership and I had alot of issued spanning over a weeks time. The company said they couldn't warranty it for whatever reason. The staff i dealt with at Best Buy were a Godsend. In the Geek Squad/ customer service area. Shane, Andrea and Xomara went above and beyond for me! Shane refunded the total ticket and told me I can use it for another phone. I jumped from s23 ultra to s25ultra. They treated me better than I've ever been treated in a retail setting. Andrea spent an hour with me the next day helping me set up my new phone. She's a darling! Thanks guys! And thanks Best Buy!! These 3 deserve a raise!!!

Experience of Best Buy was great excellent customer service. We weren't bugged every 5 minutes by salespeople which was great. They have the best deals.. we got the new technology washer and dryer from Samsung which no one has bought at this store yet.. (still getting used to the digital everything will review later) No wait.. we where able to drive to the warehouse and get them the same day.. Downside of that make sure you pick up on a truck!! We did but saw a man there trying for a deep freeze on a mini van.. but hey what ever 💪 works!!

We were sold on a total tech recurring service charge that we feel we no longer need. We have attempted thru both the store and credit company to cancel the charge. This year I have been given partial prorated credit and even though told the charge is now cancelled I am not confident of that. This has been a good store for us but this is completely unacceptable. I am now getting collection calls from CitiBank. I would urge everyone to buyer beware if you sign up for a yearly charge with Best Buy. No idea if it will do us any good but I do plan to research any litigation into companies that make recurring charges difficult to impossible to cancel.
