    Verizon wireless suck I bought a flip phone for my granddaughter and they tried to charge me $78 for the phone when I bought it at Walmart Walmart told me that it was $35 at the door and bring the phone back when you get the bill and they will take off the payment well I did and Walmart said I had to go through Verizon I went to Verizon Verizon said I had to go through Walmart so I went back and forth with these people for like 2 weeks and then I called them up and tell them we'll cancel the service I'm not paying why did they charge me for additional month and then they didn't want to cancel my service and then they still wanted to charge me $100 I'm going to pay $100 just so I can get them out of my life I would strongly recommend that y'all do not shop at Verizon wireless please pick another store even though they say they don't have a contract you still in a contract they still dipping your credit score and send you harassing letters saying that they will send you to a credit score credit report you know they just trifling I wouldn't deal with them Go for one else go to Sprint boost Mobile anywhere shop online you matter of fact you can buy your phone off Amazon and just have the SIMs card sent to you and you'll get it better phone You can pick the phone you want and just buy a SIMs card track consumer Cellular they're cheaper $30 a month and they don't go up on their prices thank you

    Me and my husband have been a Verizon customer for over two years. we came in the store Because we wanted to purchase a tablet for our son we. signed in the kiosk waited for over 30 to 40 minutes patiently waiting. 2 people came Way after us and were helped before us so we decided to leave.

    One of the best experiences I’ve had in a Verizon or other cell phone store. Osman was the main employee who helped us and was so patient and kind. But the manager on duty and another employee were also extremely helpful and professional. I had been through a 2-3 week nightmare situation with Xfinity, and Verizon made everything so much better. I’m a loyal customer for life. Definitely appreciated their excellent customer service and fun personalities. Osman especially made what is usually a somewhat annoying process much easier and enjoyable. Thank you so much Osmon and other team members!

    Just feel like I got scammed honestly spent three hours inside an total cost was 150 for December and after I pay I found out it’s 150 now an then my first month was like 500$ they didn’t tell me untill everything was done.just had a baby so I’m pay check to pay check an I wonder how many people a week they do that to if you look at reviews there’s multiple saying basically the same thing that’s how you know it’s the truth I will be calling corporate an honesty really wanna cancel the plan I just signed up for. ( ps told them I’m broke an had my wife an baby with us to) if corporate doesn’t make this right I will be canceling the plan. Can’t believe people either don’t care or they don’t train their guys well enough. Verison has good prices but please go to a different location now my sons an wife’s first family Christmas is gonna be crappy. So sucks really does I was gonna have just enough to make it all happen. Owner of this store please don’t say your sorry because you arent your making money will be suprised if you don’t delete this.

    Just left the Verizon store and had a phenomenal experience. My Cellular data was not connecting resulting in me, not being able to use my phone. The team here went above and beyond to help fix my needs Julia, Gilbert, and Natasha gave exceptional customer service, didn’t give up until the issue was resolved never showed frustration on their face just smiles. Which is appreciated.
